Product Details

Nickel based ERNiCrMo-13 is a premium-grade nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy welding wire designed for high-performance applications requiring excellent resistance to both oxidation and corrosion in extreme

environments. Specifically, it is ideal for welding dissimilar metals, especially where high resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking is needed.

This alloy is commonly used for welding alloys such as Inconel 625, Hastelloy C-276, and other similar superalloys in the chemical and power generation industries. ERNiCrMo-13 offers superior weldability,

even under challenging conditions, and is well-suited for high-temperature applications where strength and durability are critical.

Features:

  • 1. Alloy Composition: Nickel (Ni), Chromium (Cr), Molybdenum (Mo), and controlled amounts of other alloying elements.

  • 2. Applications: Primarily used in welding of high-performance alloys, particularly in industries such as chemical processing, and petrochemical sectors.

  • 3. Corrosion Resistance: Exceptional resistance to oxidation, pitting, and crevice corrosion, making it ideal for harsh, corrosive environments.

  • 4. High-Temperature Performance: Good resistance to high-temperature oxidation and good mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.

  • 5. Excellent Weldability: Can be used with ease for both TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding processes.

Applications:

  • 1. Welding of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloys such as Inconel 625, Hastelloy C-276, and similar materials.

  • 2. Used in industries such as chemical processing and marine engineering.

  • 3. Ideal for applications in highly corrosive environments and high-temperature processes.

Standard Specifications:

  • AWS A5.14

Size:1.0MM / 1.2MM / 1.6MM / 2.4MM
