Product Description: Aluminum bronze A2 is a copper-aluminum based bronze containing iron. The alloy is mainly used for aluminum bronze with the same chemical composition, manganese bronze, silicon bronze, some copper-nickel alloys, ferrous metals and different metal-to-metal welding, such as aluminum bronze and steel, as well as copper-to-copper welding. The alloys can also be used for welding of parts that are resistant to wear and corrosion.
High manganese aluminum bronze (C63380) Executive standard: AWSA5.7: ERCuMnNiAlDIN1733: SG-CuMn13Al7 application description: especially for high corrosion resistance requirements of cast iron, non-alloy or low alloy steel on the layer welding. A zinc-free copper-aluminum-manganese alloy with high tensile strength and hardness that is particularly resistant to seawater corrosion. Chemical composition regional standard (%) copper: remainder aluminum: 6.5-8.5 silicon: ≤ 0.1 zinc: ≤ 0.15 manganese: 11.0-14.0 lead: ≤ 0.02 nickel: 1.5-3.0 iron: 1.5-3.0 other: ≤ 0.4
Nickel Aluminum BronzeExecutive Standard:GB/T9460GB:HSCuAlNiDIN1733:SG-CuAl8Ni2Application Description:Particularly suitable for copper-nickel-aluminum alloy materials, castings and forgings welding. Applications: marine propellers, turbine sections, bearers, raft doors, sieves, pumps, piping systems, instrumentation works and cargo containers. Layer welding on steel and copper-aluminum multi-component alloys. Particularly strong resistance to seawater erosion. Highly resistant to abrasion. Pulsed arc welding is recommended for multi-layer welding of steel.
